Exchange, Delivery and Return

If you're in any way dissatisfied with the goods you have ordered, Topfashioncity will exchange them or give you a full refund. Unfortunately, we cannot accept goods which have been wrong or any labels, accessories removed unless the product is found to be faulty. Returned items can be resell as new.
Returns must be authorised by the Topfashioncity prior to their return and follow the returns instruction provided by the Topfashioncity,
Refund or exchange is only possible within 5 business days of date when delivery except specified on the listing.
Products must be returned with all accessories included in their original packing materials, including cartons and boxes. The goods and packaging must be undamaged. Item can be resale.
Postage and Handling fee is non-refundable if buyers change the mind or dissatisfied your order.
Re delivery fee will be charged on buyers for item(s) that are undelivered and / or returned to the seller as a result of incorrect delivery detail, unsuccessful delivery or un-collectable. Payment will send back after deduct postage & handling fee.
We will only be responsible for the returned postage if the item is proven by the seller as "Damage on Arrival" and on the presence of the returned postage receipt.
Topfashioncity will only be responsible for returned postage using Australian Normal Post.
Buyer will responsible for any cost for return item(s).
All sales items are not refundable unless item is wrong delivery (or wrong item) cause by us. Please notice we are not cash refund.

Customer can choose different freight to receive your orders from Australia Post; we have regular and express post.

Topfashioncity only accept return with reference number on the returned mail or box; our customer service will give you a provide reference number in the reply.

Lingerie returned & refund

We are not returned & refund the Lingerie product orders in washed, worn, crumbs,marks or other damage caused after customer received order.
Customer placed the wrong order in size, colour, or mistake, or others, exchange or returned the Lingerie order, Credit and refund will not include original freight cost.
Original freight cost will not refundable unless the lingerie order received in wrong delivered or faulty item when received by customer.
